Have you ever found yourself completely overwhelmed, juggling deadlines, responsibilities, and family life, only to feel like you’re chasing your own tail? If so, you’re not alone! In this blog post, I share a personal story about how I used aesthetic coaching method – a Neurographica drawing—to turn my stress into a creative burst of energy. Spoiler alert: it worked like magic! 🎨✨

Through Neurographica, I transformed those chaotic, frazzled emotions into clarity and motivation. Whether you’re dealing with work pressures, family obligations, or just a to-do list that never seems to end, this technique might just help you rediscover your spark.

Colorful Neurographica Firework drawing showing emotional shift from stress to motivation and energy.

We’ve all heard about SMART goals, right? Specific, Measurable, Achievable… blah blah. They’re supposed to make goal-setting easier, but let’s be real: life doesn’t always stick to our perfectly organized plans! 😂 Don’t get me wrong—those techniques are helpful, but they miss one key ingredient: motivation! And most of the time, motivation isn’t about what we want, but about how we want to feel when we get there. Am I right?
Let me share my week as proof.

There I was, drowning in a sea of deadlines, juggling trainings, coaching sessions, and homework with the kids, all while managing family life pulling me in every direction. I felt like I was failing on every front. At one point, I just sat there, tears streaming down my face, thinking, “How am I supposed to survive this week?” I was exhausted and overwhelmed. Imagine setting goals through SMART when you’re stuck in that headspace? Not happening!

In the midst of this chaos, I had an assignment for my Neurographica diploma—drawing the Firework algorithm. Yeah, the last thing I had time or energy for. I’ll admit, I didn’t even finish it in one go. My never-ending to-do list was screaming at me, and I was stuck in this cycle of urgency, feeling like there wasn’t enough time for anything. But I came back to the drawing, little by little.

At first, it was tough. Sharp beams, jagged edges, and chaotic lines reflected exactly how I felt inside—frazzled and drained. But as I continued, something started to shift. With each stroke, my energy began to return.

When I moved on to coloring, it was like stepping into the Indian festival of Diwali! You know, when colors are flying everywhere, people are joyful, and no one’s judging? 🎨 It was pure freedom. I grabbed my highlighters and went wild with no second-guessing. It wasn’t about perfection—it was about feeling alive and creative! Writing this post, the flow of energy and joy engulfed me.

By the time I was done, I felt lighter. No more stressing about what needed to get done. It was all about how I wanted to feel—free, energized, and full of life. And guess what? The mirror neurons kicked in, and suddenly I wasn’t just imagining joy—I was feeling it!
After that? Tackling my to-do list was a breeze. No urgency, no pressure—just enjoying the process.

And the best part? Ideas started bubbling up like a pot of boiling potion. Even this post is a result of that drawing!

Sometimes, it’s not about getting everything done. It’s about feeling good while you’re doing it.

Ever felt that shift from overwhelm to energy? That’s the magic I found in this process, and it’s too good not to share.
